Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

2. Scope of Services

The agent provides the following services: — Referral and brokerage of properties for sale and rent — Advisory services for property buying and selling in Cyprus — Support with official procedures and notary appointments — Relocation consulting for newcomers to Cyprus The agent may act as a dual agent where both parties have given their written consent.

3. Agency Fees / Commission

The agency commission is in line with Cypriot market standards and is agreed individually. Details are set out in the separate agency agreement. The commission is earned and due upon proof or brokerage of the property and subsequent conclusion of a contract.

4. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to: — Provide all relevant information about the property truthfully and completely — Inform the agent immediately if a transaction is concluded through another channel — Treat all provided exposés and documents as confidential

5. Limitation of Liability

The agent accepts no liability for the accuracy of information provided by the owner or seller regarding a property (areas, condition, legal status, etc.). Liability for loss of profit or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Confidentiality

All information exchanged in the course of the cooperation will be treated confidentially. Property data and client information will not be passed on to third parties without consent.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Paphos, Cyprus.

8. Severability

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
